Dr Lotfi Boulkeroua

Dr Boulkeroua earned his PhD from Manchester Business School and has lectured in finance at the University of Dundee and the Open University Business School. He is a recognised expert on risk management and Islamic finance and accounting.

Michael Bolingbroke

Director, Manchester United

Michael has gained extensive commercial experience from his role as Chief Operating Officer of Manchester United. His responsibilities include property management, corporate services, finance, human resource management and legal matters. Before he joined Manchester United, he was Senior Vice President at Cirque Du Soleil.

Conor Kehoe

Director, McKinsey

Connor is the founder of McKinsey's Private Equity Practice in Europe and specialises in corporate governance, private equity, and corporate strategy. He is a frequent public speaker and facilitator for non-executives at the Stewardship and Corporate Governance Centre in Singapore. Mr Connor has also contributed to the UK's Stewardship and Board codes.

Business Consultant

John is a professional accountant, and he lectures at both Manchester Business School and Leeds University Business School. He is a former corporate adviser at Bank of America and Privatbanken (Unibank).

Michael Wilkins

MD, Infrastructure Finance Ratings, Standard & Poor’s.

Michael manages S&P global carbon and environmental finance sectors. This includes utilities, project finance, PPPs and logistics operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Michael joined S&P in 1994 as co-head of the corporate securitisation group working in Melbourne and Hong Kong. He is a member of several sustainability associations and a frequent guest lecturer at the London Business school MBA programme and Judge Business School of Cambridge University.
